Methodology
Renk RK444SSTX 94 day hybrid corn was planted in 30″ rows at 32,000 seeds/ac in Kingsburry county on April 24, 2024. Torque IF was applied in furrow on April 24, 2024 at a rate of 1 fl oz per acre. The contents of this product are listed in the document below the yield maps. Torque IF was applied in 11 strips 40 ft. wide. The corn was harvested on October 8, 2024.
Results
Plants treated with Torque IF yielded 3.4 bu/ac lower than corn that did not receive this product. This was more than the 2.1 bu/ac and is therefore considered to be significantly different at the 90% confidence level (Table 1). Additional testing of this product would be beneficial to validate these results.
