Methodology
WinField XP2450XF soybeans were planted on May 29, 2024, in 30-inch rows using variable rate seeding. Seeding was averaged out to 130,000 seeds per acre. This trial took place in Douglas County. Stratego YLD fungicide was foliar applied to the soybeans on August 5, 2024 at a rate of 4 fl oz/ac. The contents of this product are listed in the documents below the yield map. The product was applied in 90 ft wide strips, except for the two replications where the product was not applied. The soybeans were harvested on September 30, 2024.
Results
Soybeans treated with Stratego YLD Fungicide yielded 2.1 bu/ac higher than soybeans that did not receive the product. This was a larger difference than 0.9 bu/ac and is therefore significantly different at the 90% confidence level (Table 1). To validate these results, additional testing of this product would be beneficial.
