Asgrow AG26XF soybeans were planted on May 1, 2023, in 10-inch rows at 140,000 seeds/ac in McCook County. Source SC was applied to the soybeans on July 20, 2023, at a rate of 1.24 fl oz per acre. The contents of Source SC are listed in the documents below the yield maps. The product was applied in 120 ft wide strips with 5 replications. The soybeans were harvested between September 30, 2023, through October 2, 2023.
Results
Plants treated with Source SC yielded 1.4 bu/ac lower than soybeans that did not receive this product. This was a smaller difference than 2.4 bu/ac and is therefore not significantly different at the 90% confidence level (Table 1). To validate these results, additional testing of the product would be beneficial, as other trials have seen different results.
