Methodology
Two strips of Priaxor® fungicide were sprayed at 4 oz ac-1 on July 25 at R2. This product was a blend of both fluxapyroxad (group 7) and pyraclostrobin (group 11) fungicides. The field received approx. 11.15 in. of rain and accumulated 1793 GDDs from June 1 through August 31. This was drier and warmer than the average of 10.11 in. and 1802.7 GDDs.
Results
Overall, the fungicide resulted increase on yields (Table 2). However additional foliar fungicide trials are needed in the future, especially earlier in the flowering stage.
