Methodology
METHODOLOGY:
An increased seeding rate of 200k seeds/acre was compared to a more-typical seeding rate of 160k seeds/acre.
Results
RESULTS:
The increased seeding rate of 200k seeds/acre yielded 2.20 bu/acre less than the more-typical seeding rate of 160k seeds/acre. However, this lower yield was not statistically significant at the 95% confidence interval because yield loss didn’t exceed 4.33 bu/acre.
