Seeding Rate/ Varieties/ Row Spacing, High Yield
This experiment was conducted at Brown county. Soybean was planted in 30 in. rows in strips on June 4, 2020. This experiment consists of comparison between 110K Vs 140K seeding rate. Each treatment had 4 replications for the comparison.
On average, lower seeding rate resulted in decrease in yield by -0.07 bu/ac which however not statistically significant (Table 1). More research at multiple sites and replication are required to better explain the contrast between two different seeding rates.
