Methodology

One strip of Pioneer P16A49X was planted at 100K and 145K seeds/acre on May 19.

Results

Increasing the seeding rate from 100K to 145K had little effect on soybean yield (0.26 bu/ac).  However, since there was only one replication, no statistical analysis could be performed to test for differences between treatments.  Further research is needed to determine if yield was significantly different.
